This hotel is a perfect place to relax while enjoying the beauty of the Aegean coast. the location is just a short walk away from a lovely beach and there are public transport facilities to get to the town centre. the rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and the bathroom is well-maintained with hot water round the clock. the friendly staff provides great service, and the hotel serves delicious breakfast; there is a beautiful view from the balcony that will make your mornings even more wonderful.
There is one aspect that guests might find to be a challenge.

This place is close to tourist spots like Ladies Beach, and it met my expectations; definitely check out the Kusadasi City Centre district, it's worth a visit.

kusadasi castle was 1 km away, perfectly reachable. it is so close to the airport. balcony was a bonus. the parking was onsite.

Great Value for New Year's Eve!
I recently spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Turkey and while it had its ups and downs, there were some good parts to it. the hotel offered a nice view of the sea, which was very relaxing. it was located near the beach and the main road, which was convenient for exploring the area. The hotel also served breakfast and dinner which was nice. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
While there were some positive aspects about this hotel, there were some negative ones as well. the room was not up to my standards of cleanliness and had an unpleasant odor.

We had a wonderful stay in a hotel in Kusadasi. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities, the convenient parking space, and its location on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, with a stunning view from our window. The hotel was also near the food court and within walking distance to the city center and Kusadasi bus station. Breakfast was consistently delicious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and a range of amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, with lovely views over the sea and the island of Samos in the background. The breakfast is varied, with more than 17 varieties to choose from.
Everything was satisfactory.
